  The staff is great. They are very understanding, compassionate, and seem to truly care. I worked with Galen and he was very accommodating. I will say, for the costs I’d expect them to keep up the interior a bit better. The carpets and rugs were old, faded, and looked dirty. The furniture was very dated. The wall paper I noticed was peeling.
